This is a community dedicated to pairings centered around the character Feliciano Vargas (North Italy) from the anime series Axis Powers Hetalia. We enjoy seeing Italy paired with a variety of others and as such, we encourage people to post any and all pairings with him. The only exceptions are Germany/Italy and Romano/Italy (Also known as S. Italy/N. Italy) - as these two pairings have very wonderful communities of their own that we are proud to be affiliated with.
As a fairly open community, we understand that there are pairings that everyone may not agree with. However, this is no excuse for people to start putting down anyone else's opinions. Expressing disagreement is fine, but we will not allow any outright bashing of characters, fanworks or community members. We operate on a one strike policy with this rule - that is, you get one warning, and then you'll be banned from the community. So play nice.
Considering the topic here is Italy with any other character, that leaves a lot of possibilites open. We also encourage non-shipping contributions as long as N. Italy is the primary focus. However, this is not your personal Livejournal and should not be used as such - this is a Hetalia Community and not a place to post about your personal life.
We allow many different things on the community: Fanfiction and Fanart, of course, as well as FSTs (Fan Soundtracks), Doujin Scans, Icon Posts and Italy-centric Discussion Topics. We do, however, ask that everyone follow our rules of Posting Etiquette as listed below.
* Please make sure that all entries have the appropriate headers (as provided below).
* Images larger than 300x300 pixels should be placed behind an lj-cut. Fanfiction should also be placed behind an lj-cut. This is for the sake of keeping things organized and neat for all of the community members.
*Please tag all of your entries with all of the relevant tags - this will help people searching the community to find your work. If you need a tag that is not currently available, please leave a comment in the Assistance thread.
*All entries with Mature Content must be friends-locked. This is non-negotiable.
*Doujin Scans, FSTs and other downloadable content must be friends-locked.
